Programme Areas

ATL's flagship focus is prison justice and dignity. We support access to justice for vulnerable detainees, especially those who cannot afford legal representation or whose cases have been delayed. We also promote humane treatment, rehabilitation, welfare support, and reintegration for prisoners and ex-prisoners.

Drug abuse is affecting many young people, families, schools, and communities. We believe drug-dependent persons need support, guidance, rehabilitation, skills, family support, and opportunities to rebuild their lives. ATL promotes prevention, awareness, counselling, referral, recovery support, and reintegration.

ATL recognizes agriculture as a powerful tool for poverty reduction, food security, women's empowerment, and community resilience. Many vulnerable families, widows, displaced persons, youth, and low-income households depend on farming but lack access to quality inputs, training, financing, and reliable markets.

ATL promotes the dignity, rights, and participation of persons with disabilities. Disability inclusion must be part of all community programmes, including education, justice, rehabilitation, livelihood, agriculture, health, and social protection.

ATL supports vulnerable children and young people through awareness, education support, dignity activities, mentorship, and community engagement. Every child and young person deserves safety, education, dignity, hope, and a chance to build a better future.

ATL is committed to building strong internal systems, proper documentation, responsible financial management, safeguarding, donor communication, visibility, reporting, and partnerships to ensure long-term impact.
